LEADERSHIP

RREA exists to enhance the Rotman real estate experience for students through education, application, and exposure, and with our strong leadership focused on these objectives, we continue to thrive.

Prior to attending Rotman, Ezra was the first employee to join the Toronto start-up, Ace Hill Beer. During his five year career in beverage/alcohol Ezra gained experience in sales, marketing, and management. Ezra played a key role helping the company make strategic inroads into new beverage categories and the cannabis industry and build out the sales team while overseeing execution, helping the company scale into what is today one of the largest privately owned alcohol companies in Ontario.

Always possessing a passion for Real Estate, Ezra decided to attend Rotman to aid him in his career transition. This past summer, Ezra worked as a Financial Analyst for Cachet Homes, a privately owned Real Estate Developer in Southern Ontario. Over the course of his internship Ezra helped Cachet secure several new debt facilities to fund construction and development of  existing assets and worked on preparing pro formas for new projects and land acquisition.

Looking forward, Ezra is excited to contribute to the Rotman Real Estate community and elevate the awareness on campus through initiatives that connect industry professionals, alumni and current students. Through a series of industry specific seminars, panel discussions, and case competitions, Ezra’s goal is to help current students increase awareness and understanding  of the opportunities that exist in the Toronto real estate industry.
